Acer ‘Crimson King’ will provide stunning impact wherever you plant it. This tree’s rich purplish foliage turns maroon to a breath taking reddish-bronze in fall. It is drought resistant once established. The leaves are 7” across, have five pointed shallow lobes. A shallow root system makes it unsuitable for use around hardscape but it is an excellent shade tree for parks or other wide open spaces. It is fast-growing and will thrive in almost any type of soil.
