We are dedicated to making each and every gardening experience a successful one. To insure this, we grow and buy in only the highest quality plant material available. Due to the ever-changing nature of plant material and the conditions in which they are planted, success is not always a certainty. Therefore, we gladly offer the following guarantee:
If a plant is given reasonable care and fails to survive during the time period of the guarantee, we will either replace it with the same plant at the same price or issue an in store credit (Gift Card) for the purchase price of the plant. Sorry NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Hardy trees and shrubs not discounted more than 15% are guaranteed for 16 months from date of purchase.
- Hardy trees and shrubs discounted more than 15% are guaranteed until October 31 of the year of purchase.
- BUY ONE/GET ONE is considered a discount.
- Marginal trees and shrubs as indicated on your receipt are guaranteed until October 31 of the year of purchase.
- Undiscounted …Perennials, Houseplants and other tropicals are guaranteed for 30days.
- We do not guarantee plants that are not planted in the ground for the winter. Example: Boxwoods in pots on your deck.
A plant return MUST start with an e-mailed picture so we can determine that it is no longer a viable plant. Then we will instruct you as to whether or not to return what is left of the plant. A digital or original receipt is required to determine the date purchased and the purchase price. We do not replace replacements. We reserve the right to revoke our guarantee in the case of intentional misuse of this guarantee.
