Dicentra Spectabilis, commonly known as Bleeding Heart, produces an excellent show of heart shaped red and white flowers in the late spring into the early summer. This plant does best in part shade producing the most flowers in this condition, that said it can handle both full sun and full shade. When blooming the flowers create great cut flowers for further enjoyment. This plant is also dear tolerant and attracts butterflies!
